Can a debit card signature be considered an evidence when the dispute?
Your dispute is with the Merchant for non delivery of the product. The charge for the product is apparently correct. The merchant has recourse to their delivery service. THEY need to make claim that the product was not delivered. Did you sign for the delivery? No, then you are ok!
